To enroll in a driving lesson or course, you must complete the registration process and pay all applicable fees. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
DriveRight Academy reserves the right to change the pricing of its services at any time. Notice of any price changes will be provided on our website.
Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
DriveRight Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or vehicle malfunction. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.

DriveRight Academy is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by students during driving lessons or courses, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Students participate in driving lessons at their own risk.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, but students are encouraged to have their own personal insurance as well.
All content on our website and in our course materials, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DriveRight Academy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our express written consent.
DriveRight Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment in a driving lesson or course if the student violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unsafe driving practices, or disrupts the learning environment. In the event of termination, no refund will be provided.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
